Your Project, From Requirements to Commissioning
Crimson brings equipment supply and project execution together. We coordinate manufacturing partners, engineering and commercial decisions, production milestones and specialist site services around one agreed project scope.
Engineering clarity
We begin with the application, ratings, operating duty, site conditions and technical interfaces. Your team’s standards, approval requirements and delivery priorities form the basis of manufacturer evaluation. Applicable IEEE/ANSI standards and project-specific UL and CSA requirements are identified at the outset.
A manufacturing strategy for your project
Our multi-manufacturer platform allows more than one supply path to be evaluated. We consider technical fit, quality processes, capacity, long-lead components and delivery requirements. Factory audits and further qualification can be coordinated where needed, creating a documented basis for the selected manufacturing approach.
Technical and commercial alignment
We coordinate technical submissions, clarifications, pricing, scope boundaries and commercial terms through the purchase order. Drawings, approval responsibilities, testing requirements and contractual milestones must describe the same intended outcome. That alignment gives both client and manufacturer a clearer basis for execution.
Detailed production planning
The project schedule connects engineering approvals with material procurement, core and coil manufacture, assembly, drying, testing and shipment preparation. Long-lead items—such as bushings and tap changers where applicable—are followed alongside the factory sequence. Dependencies and approval dates receive the same attention as the final delivery milestone.
Milestones, quality and risk
We follow manufacturing progress, coordinate open technical and commercial items, and communicate upcoming decisions. Progress reports distinguish completed work, outstanding approvals and changes that may affect later milestones. Inspections and agreed testing are coordinated with the manufacturer and client under the project quality plan.
Logistics and import readiness
Factory release and site readiness must meet. We coordinate shipment documentation, heavy transport, route planning and receiving requirements with experienced transformer logistics partners. Customs brokerage and trade legal coordination are treated as a dedicated workstream through the appropriate specialist partners. Warehousing and preservation arrangements can bridge differences between manufacturing and construction schedules.
Installation and commissioning
Available site services include offloading, rigging, installation, transformer oil supply, agreed field tests and commissioning support. We coordinate the scope with qualified specialist partners, relevant manufacturers and your site team. Handling requirements, installation sequencing and acceptance responsibilities are established before delivery.
Handover and continuing support
Final drawings, test records, operating documentation and remaining action items are brought together for an orderly handover. We support manufacturer warranty communication, with a minimum two-year manufacturer-backed equipment warranty under the agreed contract terms.
Turnkey packages and individual services are tailored to the project. Responsibilities, deliverables and acceptance requirements are defined in the agreed scope.
